Who the hell doesn't know how to make a pop-tart?

So, I stand there in a wildly confused state when I ask my sister and my dad that same question.

We figured this out.

List of People Who Wouldn't Know How to Make a Pop-Tart

1. People who are dead.

2. People who were just born.

3. People who are handicapped, deaf, and blind.

4. And Bosnians.

I'm not to sure about #4, but it just seemed like they wouldn't have pop-tarts over in Bosnia.
